Media Services has equipment available for checkout if you need to give a visual presentation in a space that does not already have a projector or screen. We have several checkout projectors available and various sizes of checkout screens ranging from 5' to 8'.

Basic Directions for operating a projector.

Plug projector into power outlet.
Connect device to projector such as PC, laptop, DVD player etc. using appropriate input (VGA, HDMI, Video).
Turn on power to projector. Projector needs time to warm up, it will take a minute for it to be ready to display.
Select appropriate source to display device you are using.
If you are using a PC or laptop and there is no image try pressing the "Windows" button and the "P" button on your keyboard, then select "duplicate" when the pop up box appears.
