Zoom missing from Outlook

If you have previously setup the Zoom Plugin for outlook, but the icons are now gone, try the following steps to see if it is simply disabled.

1. Open Outlook Options (click File, then Options)
2. On the left-side pane near the bottom, click on Add-ins
3. In the list of Add-ins, locate and click on Zoom Outlook Plugin
4. At the bottom next to Manage: make sure the drop-down says COM Add-ins then click Go
5. Again locate Zoom Outlook Plugin and mach sure to check the box next to it
6. Click OK

Now the Zoom icons should be back in Outlook. If this doesn't work, please call the Help Desk and they will help you with the issue.
