General Account Information:

myMILLIKIN:

As a Millikin University Student, Faculty, Staff Member, or Alumnus, your myMILLIKIN account is your primary "Millikin" account.  Most

Most Millikin University services use the same username and password as your myMILLIKIN credentials.  For example

Policy:

myMILLIKIN passwords Passwords expire every 180 days and must be changed.

When About 2 weeks before your password will expire in 14 days, expires you will receive a notification displayed in myMILLIKIN , in within the red myALERTS section at the top of the page.  This This will remind you to change your myMILLIKIN password , and provide a quick link to do so.

If you do not change your password and allow it to expire, some services may stop working (such as e-mail, especially on smartphones), but you are provided 10 "grace logins" to access myMILLIKIN in order to change your password.  The yellow warning notification in The myALERTS section within myMILLIKIN will change to display a red warning, indicating that you are using grace logins “grace logins” and that you should change your password immediately.

If you still don't change have not changed your password after using your 10 grace logins“grace logins”, you will need to must reset your myMILLIKIN password in order to access myMILLIKIN, eE-mailMail, and other services.

Banner

Banner accounts are not synchronized with myMILLIKIN.  Your Banner password is saved separately, and does not change automatically with your myMILLIKIN password.  You can set your Banner password to the same password as myMILLIKIN, but it will not change when you change your myMILLIKIN password.
