How To Reset Your myMILLIKIN Password If Unable To Login

If you have forgotten your myMILLIKIN password, or if you have used all of your grace logins and your password has expired, you can use this process to reset your password.

Before You Begin:

Make sure you have access to these pieces of information:

  • your MyMillikin Email Address.

  • Your Personal Password Reset Email Address (you will need to be logged in to this email.)

It's best to reset your password on a Computer, instead of on an Tablet or Smartphone.

Step-By-Step Guide:

  1. Open a Web Browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Etc.) and visit the site: https://my.millikin.edu

  2. Click on the button that says “Can’t access your account?”

    Click “Work or School Account”.

    Enter your Millikin email, enter the CAPTCHA, then press next.

    You will see part of the password reset email on file, verify it is correct then press the blue Email button.

    Enter the Verification code sent to the password reset email.

  7. Enter your new password, making sure to follow the criteria in step 9, confirm the new password, and press finish.

    Make sure:

    The password must be longer than 8 characters

    Your password does not contain a number as the first character.

    You do not have any special characters in your password besides $ # _

    Please do not using a password that's been used before
