Contact an academic department to have your name changed in our administrative system (Banner):
If you are a student, contact our Registrar's Office.
If you are an alumnus, contact our Alumni and Development Office.
If you are faculty or staff, contact Human Resources.
Once your name has been changed in our administrative system, you'll automatically receive an e-mail from Information Technology asking if you'd like to update services like your e-mail account, Moodle, and myMILLIKIN. When you receive this e-mail, you can reply to it and let us know when would be a good time to rename your myMILLIKIN account.
