Troubleshooting PC Message "No Log On Servers Available"

Problem

When attempting to log on to a Millikin PC or laptop the message "no log on servers available" is received.

Solution

If you receive the "no log on servers available" message when logging into a Millikin computer.
  1. Restart the computer and try logging in again, this usually takes care of the problem.
  2. If you restart and continue to receive this message please call the Millikin IT Help Desk at 217-362-6488.
