 Will my email address change?

You will keep your current millikin.edu email address, and any existing email in your millikin.edu account will be moved into your new mailbox. 

 Will I lose my current email?

Your current email will be moved to your Office 365 account. Please see "What will migrate over to Office 365 (Outlook) from GroupWise?" below for more details

 What will migrate over to Office 365 (Outlook) from GroupWise?

What WILL migrate:

  • Email
  • Cabinet folders
  • Calendar items
  • Notes
  • Contacts
  • Tasklists

What will NOT migrate:

  • Archive items. See the Mac and Windows guide on how to move Archive items back to your mailbox before the migration
  • Meeting invites that have not been accepted
  • GroupWise rules
 How do I access my email?

There are multiple ways to access your Office 365 email account:

Each user gets 50 GB mailboxes

 What is the attachment size limit?

Outlook: 150 MB

Outlook on the Web (OWA): 35 MB
