How to install Millikin printers on Windows

Millikin's public access printers can be installed on students' computers to print papers from your dorm room.

Step-by-step guide

To add a network printer on Windows

Right-click on the Windows logo on the bottom right and go to Control Panel (in the magnifying glass just start typing control panel)
Open Devices and Printers
Add a Printer
The printer I want isn’t listed
Select a shared printer by name
Type \\muwinprint\printername (if you start typing it, it should auto-populate) printer names should be listed by building and room
Then you should be able to check Next and it will may prompt you to install a driver
After it finishes, it should come up saying it was successful and you should have the option to right-click on it to set it as the default printer.
