Multiple locations

How to configure multiple locations in Microsoft Bookings. For instance, give users the option to add an in-person or online meeting.

  1. Log into your Microsoft Bookings page.

  2. Select Create.

     

  3. Select Create from scratch.

     

  4. Give your booking page a name and select Next.
    Not required but you can also add a logo, change business type and adjust your bookable hours.

     

  5. Confirm your name is listed as an administrator and select Next.

     

  6. Customize service (appointment type). In this example, we will make this service a Microsoft Teams meeting. Select the Change button. Rename the Service Name and confirm Make this a Teams meeting is checked and then select Update services and Next.

     

  7. Select who can book appointments and then select Create.

     

  8. Wait for the bookings page to be created and then select Get started.

     

  9. Now we are going to add another service that will be for in-person appointments. Select the Services button on the left-hand side and select Add new service.

     

  10. Give the Service a name and customize any other options you want. Just be sure that Add online meeting is not enabled. Select Save changes when finished.

     

  11. Select Booking pageYour booking page: to review setup.

     

  12. People can now select either meeting location to book an appointment.
