How to make your availability between a date range in Microsoft Bookings

When you only want to accept appointments between a date range. Instructions will depend on how you setup your Bookings site.

Bookings with me method

  1. Log into your Microsoft Bookings.

  2. Select your booking page.

     

  3. Under Schedule customization, select Use custom availability hours and check the checkbox Only during the following date range.

     

  4. Modify the date to what you want and select Save.

Shared booking pages method

 

  1. Log into your Microsoft Bookings.

  2. Select your shared booking page.

     

  3. Select Services, select the service you want to adjust and select Edit service.

     

  4. Set the following options under Availability options.

    1. General availability: Not bookable

    2. Select Set different availability for a date range and modify the start and end date. This is when you are allowing appointments.

    3. Select Save changes when done.

       

  5. Confirm changes by reviewing your bookings page. In the example below you can see we can’t select any dates after 4/6/23.
